The rules for government employees have changed several times by the government. It has recently issued a very big notification about retirement for government employees. One particular work has become mandatory for the employees to do before they retire. This notification applies to every employee of the government. This makes it compulsory for employees to observe this rule of the government.
Update of Employee Retirement Rules: Information of this notification is related to the retirement rules which have been recently publicized by the department under the Personnel Ministry of the Government. The Pension and Pensioners Welfare Department of the Personnel Ministry has issued guidelines for the employees.
Verification is mandatory for employees
In the guidelines by the DOPPW department, it is observed that all government employees shall undertake verification after serving a period of 18 years. Mandatory verification of employees who completes 18 years of service. Some guidelines have been issued on this which must be adhered to in all cases and it is due to retirement.
Notification has been issued by the Pension and Pensioners Welfare Department. According to this, all employees, who complete 18 years in service, will now have to get their verification done. In this, the employee will have to get his verification done five years before retirement. Thus, it shall be very important for the employee to obtain periodic. This shall determine the qualifying service of the employees. Through this, it will be known whether the necessary documents are properly arranged before retirement or not.
However, all measures of verification from now on will be carried out by the Department Head of the specific employee along with the accounts office. This will conduct verification based on the service rules governing such. Once an employee has undergone verification, he will be presented with a certificate in four formats.
January will herald the commencement of
All employees are to seek verification as laid down in the service rules. This verification should be done five years ahead of retirement dates. Any employee not adhering to this verification requirement is likely to encounter problems. Verification exercise will commence from the end of January.

Hence this notification of the government is meant to notify all employees about their job status. Employees will also be kept informed as regards their different jobs. Easy at the time of retirement since this entire verification process is complete before retiring employees. Employees shall henceforth submit the qualifying service certificate after verification.
